SpeedM® is an emergency hemostatic dressing for the treatment of heavily bleeding, traumatic wounds for care by first aiders.

The product consists of perforated nonwoven fabric printed with ultra-fine halloysites, SpeedM® has a very large surface area, which accelerates platelet adhesion and aggregation during hemostasis. SpeedM® fits perfectly into the IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) and can be used immediately if required.
